Chair re- do

Here's the before of the chair I picked up at a upholstery store for 5 bucks!

I sanded it and spray painted it and then began to create a skirt for it!

I cute out three long strips and laid them on top of the big piece of fabric

Then I sewed a seam on all the layers

I added a bow to tie in the back and then stapled it on after I recovered the seat of the chair!
