Florida Part 3 - Beaches

 It was cloudy the first day, sadly! But I was just so happy to be there with Marcus, it could have been a hurricane honestly I would've been just as happy! We went to Marcus's favorite place to snorkel, but that wasn't happening in these huge waves!

 Next we headed to the MacArthur state park on Singer Island, It was amazing, they had a walking bridge across the estuary to their all natural undisturbed beach, it reminded me of Jekyll Island a little!

 We could see the rain coming SO crazy, it was an amazing sight for sure!

 We went in to their museum, and got to see a baby sea turtle named Sheldon... get it? Shelled in!! HAA I found that absolutely hilarious!

 Later that afternoon, it was gorgeous to we headed to Jupiter Beach, we ate lunch at the neatest little shack called Dune Dog, they had the best sweet tea I have ever had in my life so good, and Mahi Mahi sandwich! YUM

 Isn't this gorgeous?! Its like a tropical paradise!

 There were so many wind surfers, it was so neat to watch!

 We headed to Palm Beach Island the next day, I have never seen such affluence in America! Wealth beyond what I can ever imagine!!

The art in the Louis Vuitton store was so fun I loved it!!!

The trip was amazing and I am so thankful for my time with my brother and can not wait to return! Already thinking where I can live to be right in the middle, I hate being far apart!

Florida Part 2- West Palm

We spent most of our time in West Palm Beach, Marcus's new home town, it has so much to do, places to eat, shop, everything! I LOVED IT!

They have a dock you can walk out on near where we ate downtown, awesome view!!

 This tree was so amazing, West Palm is so pretty, they have movies on the square for families and farmers markets!

 Behind us is the movie theater! Its huge and absolutely gorgeous! Its in a shopping area called City Place, it has everything Anthropolgie, Francesca's, everything we don't have at home but need!!

No this is not a cathedral this is the MOVIE THEATER!!! So crazy it was amazing!

Next up, Singer Island, Jupiter Beach, and Palm Beach Island!

Florida Part 1

I was so excited and LUCKY to get to fly down and see my brother over break! It was also Matthew's first flight, he was too cute! I think he overcame some of his fear, baby steps!!

I was so excited to see where he's living and get of town! The first day we headed to South Beach!

We ate and walked around, it was soo neat, such a pretty place!

Next up... West Palm!

Happy Fall, y'all!

We have been back to school and work for a month now! Time is flying as always!

I am so ready for it to cool off, so I can enjoy being outside for more than 5 seconds ha! Summer was fun but I love being back in a schedule and in school! I can't believe I only have one more Fall semester, college has flew by,  I will not miss sweating to death walking around campus every August and September ha!

Matthew and I work together now,and I love it! It is a fun and easy job, after school and we get to be together sometimes! Seeing Matthew work with kids melts my heart, the girls are all in love with him!

I can not be more excited for colder temps, bonfires, and boot weather!

Also fall break, because WE ARE HEADED TO FLORIDA!!!!! Ahh, So excited to lay on the beach and see my big brother! I feel like siblings are the only people who can ever fully understand you, because they are the only ones who know where you came from! A true blessing!

Monogram Monday - Vinyl Decals

I love vinyl monograms they are an easy, inexpensive way to personalize anything! I got mine on Etsy from Lulu and B Monograms

Happy Monogramming and Happy Monday :) I start school Wednesday and my new  After School Care job tomorrow :)

Monogram Monday - Back to School

Here's my back to school favorite monogram items :)

 I am in love with my Buckhead Betties tote, this was a present form my mom for my birthday, its my first "Teacher bag"

 It has two generous side pockets, One is filled with pencils, highlighters, and pens!

 The other has mini stapler, crayons, glue, scissors, and post-its. I also throw my keys and phone in them when I get to work! They are huge!!

I used one of my monogram decals (post coming soon on where I got mine and other usages) to personalize my planner :) 

 These just make me smile and even more excited for classes, I'm sad that soon I'll be done with school, but good thing I'll be "in school" forever :) I made them after seeing some on Pinterest and thinking "I can do that for free"

I printed my monogram from this site, follow the instructions, its easy! Then I used a compass to cut them in circles and then glued them to patterns I printed out, just googled chevron, quatrefoil, and anchors!

I start school next Wednesday :)
